Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Hermes-C1 Mail handles information.
Who we are
Hermes-C1 Mail is a private mail assistant operated for its owner. It is not a public product and does not offer accounts to the general public.
What data is processed
When the owner authorizes Google account access, Hermes-C1 Mail may process Gmail message metadata and content solely to provide owner-requested mail assistance on systems controlled by the owner.
How data is used
Mail data is used only to fulfill the owner’s explicit requests (for example, reading, organizing, or summarizing mail). It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties for marketing.
Storage and access
Processing occurs on infrastructure controlled by the owner. Access is limited to the owner and the assistant acting on the owner’s instructions.
Third-party services
Google OAuth and Gmail APIs are used for authorization and mailbox access. Google’s own terms and policies also apply to those services.
Analytics and tracking
This site does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other tracking scripts.
Data retention and deletion
Mail access can be revoked at any time by the owner in Google Account permissions. Locally retained operational data can be deleted by the owner on request to the operator of Hermes-C1 Mail.
